RP Europe is one of the UK's leading mobile distributors with a global customer base.  The company is also one of the largest SIM distributors in the UK.

The company had developed its own in-house solutions to manage their order processing, stock management and reporting, but were beginning to struggle to find the time to manage these tasks as the operation continued to grow.

Burnt Orange Designs proposed a new solution that built on and extended their existing database in order to manage the order processing, inventory, shipping and billing as well as automate the generation of industry leading reporting that RPE customers had become accustomed to.

The Burnt Orange solution, called "Simplify", provides end-to-end management of stock through purchasing to shipping, billing and returns.  It also manages the returns process and the complexities of flexible commission schemes both for RP Europe and for its customer base.  Integrated email sends purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, reports and extracts of data to customers and suppliers.

Simplify is built using ASP.NET, C# and JQUERY with SQL Server database and Microsoft Reporting Services.  Email automation is facilitated using SendGrid.
